Overview

Itinerary
- Aswan High Dam
- Arrive at Aswan to start your remarkable day by visiting the High Dam; an epic engineering accomplishment achieved between 1960 and 1970 to protect Egypt from the flood and generate electric. It was largely financed and supervised by the Soviet Union.
- Temple of Philae
- Proceed to visit the magnificent Greco-Roman Temple of the goddess Isis; the chief deity of the island and know the love story between Isis and Osiris using a small motorboat to get there.
- Unfinished Obelisk
- Then, to Aswan’s granite quarries to see the Unfinished Obelisk, about 40 meters in length and 1000 tons, which is considered to be the longest and the heaviest obelisk ever cut in Egypt, most probably belongs to the famous queen Hatshepsut.
- Nubian Village
- Continue, down to the Nile to take a motorboat, sailing slowly to enjoy the scenery and views to the Nubian Village on Soheil Island, have a welcome drink in one of the Nubian families houses, talk to them, know about their customs, walk around the village with your guide.
